A little background on my cannabis authority – I have no formal training in the science or business of marijuana. MURALS BRING NEW LIFE TO WORCESTER
“There’s just something about public art that is really enchanting, the idea that we’re taking art out of museums and putting it on the street and making it really accessible to all people, that truly appeals to me,” says Duda, a graphic designer at Hunchback Graphics, a company he founded. Duda has also been a board member of POW! WOW! Worcester for three years, helping with the annual arts festival.

WORCESTER – Of all places, it was in the back of Table Talk Pies in Worcester that Ricky Nelson and Travis Duda came together in the fall of 2018 to create the emerging local podcast, SeltzerTime.

Working in MetroWest, “I was taking clients wherever I could find them,” said Mr. Duda. After moving to Worcester, “I got a local opportunity followed by another and another and I stopped pursuing outside work.”

When they would drive up from Connecticut to see shows at the Palladium, Travis Duda and his friends would lock the car and hide their valuables under the seat.
"We'd only go straight to the venue because we'd heard all these horror stories about Worcester," he said.
But that's all changed.
A NEW LOOK FOR WORCESTER CULTURAL COALITION’S JMAC POPUP AND BRICKBOX THEATER
In 2019, philanthropist Jean McDonough donated $2 million to support the completion of the BrickBox Theater, one of the Worcester Cultural Coalition programs. To honor her gift, the Coalition teamed with a local graphic designer, Travis Duda of Hunchback Graphics, to create a new logo.

Travis Duda is the owner of Hunchback Graphics. As a talented graphic designer, he has a gift for branding, typography, art direction and logo design. Duda is also a vital member of Worcester’s creative community. (You may recognize him as the man behind all of the Pow!Wow! Worcester slime videos that have been popping up in your newsfeed.) In addition, Duda makes up half of the Asylum Coffeetorium team that currently operates out of the Worcester Regional Food Hub to bring popovers to the masses.

Hunchback Graphics was started in a dorm room at Central Connecticut State University by Travis Duda and was going to be the premier design firm of badass album covers and the most metal logos anyone had seen.
